Our Story
Company owner Wayne MacDonald, a Sydney River native who lived in British Columbia for the past 35 years, saw an opportunity to come back to Cape Breton and he took it.
Wayne, along with his family, moved home in the spring of 2009. In the fall of the same year, Classic Frozen Foods opened for business. The company produces a vast array of frozen products, including frozen cookie and muffin pucks, muffin batters, cinnamon rolls, and slab cakes. All products are made from scratch, frozen and packaged for sale.
Our Products
Classic Frozen Foods produces an assortment of ready to bake muffins and cookies in a variety of sizes and flavours. Our product is baked from frozen, controlling food costs and reducing labour cost – thus producing a consistent product every time.
